I am a mother of one, with a new blessing growing in my belly who we hope to greet in September this year. I have been a stay at home mum, working part time teaching general yoga classes, children's yoga and yoga for new mums since the birth of my son in 2007. I am passionate about breastfeeding, mother's rights to make informed choices during pregnancy, and advocate attached, intuitive parenting. I am also newly hooked on growing my own veg since we moved to a house with a garden where the sun shines and things will actually grow. My favourite things, aside from Yoga, are painting and getting messy with my toddler, heading out as a family with him & my husband for walks & camping trips, tending my veg plot and grabbing 10 quiet minutes to have a cuppa and read a good book. I love to watch the sun stream into the back of house in the mornings, bringing a new day full of hope and bright blessings.
