Cooking without gas

When cooking yourself a feast, turn off the oven or the electric rings under pans a few minutes before the end of cooking time. The residual heat will finish cooking the food. Reply to this article / Report this article

That's a good idea to conserve gas and electricity. I used to do that at home. At least I can save my money in buying gas nad paying electric bill. Infact, if I have enough dry woods at home. I cooked food using woods not gas. It's a little bit risky but fine to save bucks.
