I only found out about this website last weekend, when I was visiting Kelsey's Farm Shop, but Produced In Kent sounds like a great idea:

"Produced in Kent is encouraging people not only to be aware of and appreciate local products and services, but to go one step further and buy local. Quite simply, if itâ€™s grown or manufactured in Kent, we are the organisation championing it."

They've got a good list of Kents Farmers' Markets and Events too.
