It seems to be as though recycling is again taking a forefront in our lives, but yet all many of us know is that we give our plastics and metals to the bin man and he takes it away - mumbling something under his breath about recyling...
However, what happens to all this recycled material?
I came accross this company on the Internet that not only makes decking and fencing out of our old milk bottles, but also offers the ability to make any other custom product.
What a great idea to make sure that the recycling process keeps on turning.

It looks like a great idea. Normally I'm not keen on the idea of plastic things where there is a more natural alternative, but in this instance it's a great idea - garden furniture and fences that don't need maintenance - sounds like a win win to me!

Years ago I remember buying a fleece (it was a decent quality one from a company that is now out of business, but there we go) and I remember that it was made out of recycled bottles - it was the warmest and quickest drying fleece I've had.
Does anyone know of any companies that still do this?
